We are looking to add a Technical Lead to our .net team. Technical Lead is a technical role focusing on software development and she/he will be responsible for the overall application design and architecture and best practices for all areas of .NET Web application development.

Responsibilities:

• Creating high-level architecture design from business requirements and translate it to a detailed technical design
• Design and development of the core technology: UI (web), Services (web), business objects and data layer.
• Participate in all stages within software development lifecycle under MS.NET technologies
• Provide input into the strategic architectural direction
• Take responisibilities for development of high-quality and maintainable designs, code and documentation to an agreed schedule
• Keeping up with new technologies: VS 2008, .NET 3.5, C# 3.0, etc.
• Be the primary source of technical information regarding new/upcoming technologies and plan how it can be used to give the company a competitive advantage and improve the efficiency of the development team
• Input into technical approach, design and software development project planning
• Planning and executing specific tasks assigned as part of the development project
• Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure the release of high quality products

• Mentor and train junior software developers

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience including OO technologies, architecting and implementing web-based applications.
• Strong skills in C#, ASP.Net and .Net Framework
• Experience with XML/XSLT and Web services
• Extensive knowledge of relational databases and experience with SQL Server 2000/2005 (T-SQL)
• Analytical thinking / Problem solving
• Experience and understanding of full software development life cycle
• BSc in Computer Science or related or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of English language
