Position: Senior Web Designer

Rapidly growing web development company with web development team in Serbia is seeking web designer to join our virtual team.

We are a full service digital company that creates rich internet applications for the web.

Web Designer will work on “web design station” in our web building process. You are not required to perfectly know HTML or CSS – our “web slicing station” takes care of that. You just need to be an outstanding designer with good eye for business requirements and good thinker who can translate business requirements into value for the client. You need to be able to read and write English – it doesn’t have to be perfect – person you are reporting to will help you with that part.

The pay rate is 15 USD per hour. Your experience will help you quote projects. As you grow with our company, your responsibilities and compensation could expand into other areas you wish to explore. You will report to web designer or project manager located in Serbia who will also most likely be the one who interviews you in person. If you are strong candidate living outside of Belgrade, you will most likely have to make a company paid trip to Belgrade for an in person meeting.

You will work from home with periodic in-person team meetings for socializing and strategizing about larger projects.
