The main qualifications required are: .NET programming, SQL programming for SQL Server 2000, XML / XSD / XPATH programming. Some Java knowledge will be appreciated. Senior programmers must have at least 4 years experience in database system development. Junior programmers must have 2 years experience in HTML and JavaScript programming.
Other essential skills are good communications skills; ability to work in a team and/or alone, ability to take initiative and very good knowledge of the English language is required.
