We are looking for a new Content Writer to join our Content team and work with our Editorial team to deliver great content for our clients.
► Who Are We?
We're a content marketing agency with multiple clients behind us that has started spreading. We are developing our brand but we currently have a lot of clients in different industries in the US. Our agency consists of Writers, SEOs, Editors, Developers, Social Media Managers, and Marketing Specialists that work on optimizing our client's websites and content.
We have a lot of work to do, and we’re serious about deadlines, but our agency has a strong culture of helping each other out and having fun while working. Our culture is oriented towards people, but we have a strict schedule of content writing tasks that need to be delivered on time.
► What Will You Do?
As a Content Writer, you will be a part of our content team that delivers quality content that will increase our clients' website traffic. You will be responsible for producing content for our clients' websites by following SEO instructions and editorial guidelines. And you will be responsible for delivering requested edits of the content you've previously written.
This is a full-time, in-office position (not remote). Our team is based in Belgrade, Serbia, and the starting salary for our Content Writers is $525. During the first two weeks, you will be going through our (paid) training to ensure you can adapt to our work process, after which you will transition into full-time work.
• Research industry-related topics
• Write well-structured content pieces using G-Suite
• Work with our Editors for input and approval
• Deliver content pieces on time (2000 words per day)
• Submit requested edits on time
► What Will You Have?
We are committed to developing talent and nurturing careers. We all learn from each other, and we devote substantive time to assisting the writers on an ongoing basis. You will have a pleasant and flexible working environment, as well as the opportunity to learn from our SEO and Editorial team.
You will be a full-time employee of our company, but this isn't exactly a full-day/8-hour position. You will have tasks that need to be done each day, and your day ends as soon as you finish them. Nobody will hover over your head and count each minute of your workday. As soon as you are done, you are free to go. Or do tasks for the next day - whatever you prefer. What matters is that you finish your tasks on time.
Apart from having the freedom to organize your day and finish early, you will also have one remote day each week and a dog-friendly office with the equipment you need to do your job.
► Selection Process:
Our work is based on serious optimization, and we have strict instructions when it comes to writing content for our clients. Because of that, all of our candidates go through the same selection process which consists of a written test. A candidate will choose the time to receive the instructions for the written test, and they will have 8 hours to send their test. Once the test is sent, our editorial team will review it and we will get back to you with our feedback.
It's important to follow the given instructions and deadline to demonstrate your work habits and ability to follow instructions, apart from your writing and language skills.
