Customer Support Agent - permanent position
We are looking for a person that will fit next:
Working for a travel company, you will be responsible for managing online chat in the evenings and weekends.
You will be answering customer enquiries relating to Price, Dates, What’s Included? etc.
Agents should be comfortable with working between multiple web based systems to research customer questions and be able to provide great customer service skills while educating the customer in a way that they will understand.
Candidate requirements include: Fluent English (written and verbal), experience in a customer service / sale role, strong organizational skills, PC Literate
